Gingered Pear Fruit Infused Water

Ingredients:

5 pears

1 small lemon

 6 whole cloves

2 cinnamon sticks

2 slices of ginger root

Directions:

Core the pear and slice int wedges

Squeeze 1/2 the lemon over the sliced pear to help from browning

Slice the other half of the lemon in to thin slices.

Fill a pitcher of water and add in all of the ingredients from above.  Let refrigerate  a minimum of 2 hours to allow the flavors to gently infuse the water.

Add ice to glasses, pour over, and serve.  Garnish with a slice of lemon or cinnamon stick for some extra spice.
